If you are being chased for an alleged debt and you are not sure who the creditor is? or you just want to know what’s on your credit file, you can request a copy of your file from any-one of the following credit reference agency. 

When requesting copy of your file you need to send £2 fee i.e. postal order / cheque. The payment should be made payable to the agency you are writing to.
