BCADS  has been awarded SQM (Specialist Quality Mark) by Ministry of Justice’s Legal Aid Agency.  BCADS provides Specialist Debt and Advocacy advice, Information, Casework, Representations, Consultancy, social policy and development consultancy.

The consultancy and support service deals with a wide range of enquries from parents and carers. Topics covered include: Problems with Bailiffs, Evictions, Mortgage & Rent arrears, Council Tax,  Overdrafts, Loans, Creditor / Debt Collector harassment, Fines and Committal to prison etc.  This list is not exhaustive.
